Massimo Aquaro

Former brand Manager of Thumper at Goodwood Park Hotel, Massimo Aquaro hails from Rome, Italy, where he previously owned a restaurant and a bakery. The main man behind Capricci, Mr Aquaro is a fornaio (baker) himself, and has at least 20 years of experience in the food and beverage business. Having lived in Singapore for 7 years and experiencing the F&B culture here, he is sure that Singapore is more than ever ready for the new breed of Italian dining experience Capricci is offering.
