Since opening on our sunny shores in May 2009, Capricci is fast becoming known for offering diners nothing like they're accustomed to seeing or for that matter, tasting. Capricci is proud to provide Singaporeans with the opportunity to explore Italian cuisine and hospitality at its finest.

The brainchild of a mainstay in Singapore's social scene, Massimo Aquaro, Capricci is founded on the hedonistic idea that the dining customer should be able to order according to his whims. Translated into "caprices" in English, the aptly named restaurant aims to fuel the imagination of its customers, by offering a wide variety of options in the taste spectrum, satisfying one right down to the very last morsel whatever his palate may be.

As one would expect from a restaurant started by an Italian passionate about his food, the kitchen uses only what Nature has to offer. This means that there is no tolerance of the slightest hint of monosodium glutamate (MSG), preservatives, artificial flavourings, nor any other nonsense of the like. Capricci is well committed to creating a culinary experience its customers will never forget (in a good way of course), but that does not entail using produce of compromised quality to save on cost.

Capricci is located at 27 Tanjong Pagar Road, within close proximity of the city centre and the Central Business District of Singapore. And with attractive set lunch at $36++, this means that business executives from the neighborhood need not wait till the weekend or for a special occasion to savour the fine taste of Italy—and without hurting their pockets, too.
