Chef Diego have helmed the kitchens of several top restaurants including The Lighthouse (Fullerton Hotel Singapore) the highly acclaimed Bvlgari Hotel(Bali), Four Seasons (Cairo) and exclusive hotels around Europe. Born in Modena in northern-central Italy, Chef Diego graduated from he I.A.L Institute of Culinary Arts in Serramazzoni.
His love of using supreme quality ingredients and traditional Italian produce he personally sources from back home ensures perfection in his clean and simple dishes which are authentic to Italian gastronomy. Chef Diego boasts a style that is fresh on the palate, creative and above all, impeccable flavour.
